Do I have to Register to use this website?
    You are free to browse and window-shop without Registering – but once you click on the Ship to Multiple Addresses or Proceed to Checkout buttons at the bottom of the Shopping Basket display page, you are directed to the Registration page. You must be registered to add any names to the Address Book. You may register at any time via the Account Login tab on the top navigation bar.

How do I ship products to multiple people at different addresses on the same order?
    After selecting the items you wish to purchase by clicking on the Buy button next to the items’ descriptions, you are automatically directed to your Shopping Basket display page.  Once you click on the Ship to Multiple Addresses button at the bottom of the Shopping Basket display page, a drop-down Ship To: display will appear.  You can then choose a name from your Address Book or enter a new shipping name and address for each product you are ordering.

Can I choose the style of tin?
    Our customers may only select the tin size for their gifts; our delicious pecan products are packed in a variety of holiday designed gift tins.  However,  if requested, we will make an effort to use a solid color tin for products ordered outside of the holiday gift season (February - October).  Please call our 800 number above to make this special request.

How will my gift recipients know the gift is from me?
    You must enter your name in the personalized greeting Enter Gift Message (optional) with each gift order for friends, family and associates.

I want to personalize the greeting message for my gift recipients.
    Once you select a Ship to: address that is not the same as your bill to address, an Enter Gift Message (optional) button will appears above the Ship to: address.  When you click on that button, you will be redirected to another screen where you can enter your personalized gift message.

When will my order be shipped?
    We ship most orders as soon as possible – usually within 2-3 business days.  However, you have the option to request a delayed shipment date when placing your order - see the Instructions below regarding ordering Christmas gifts with a specific ship date.

I’m ordering Christmas gifts – and don’t want them shipped yet.  How do I specify ship dates?
    Once you click on the Ship to Multiple Addresses button at the bottom of the Shopping Basket display page, a Ship When: box will appear next to the Ship Via: shipping method display in your Shopping Basket.  Click on the calendar icon to request a specific ship date for each product.

What shipping method will you use to ship my order?
    We attempt to select the most economical shipping method for our customers via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX.  Since UPS will not ship to a PO Box address, Leonard Farms Pecan Store will ship to PO Boxes via the U.S. Postal Service.  Occasionally shipping charges calculated for online orders will vary slightly from the actual cost - resulting in minor additional charges or credits to your credit card.  

When is the last date to place an order for delivery before Christmas?
    Orders received after December 15th may not reach their destination in time. We will continue to ship orders after that deadline at your request.

What credit cards do you accept for payments?
    We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover in payment of our online orders.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
    We will process the charge to your credit card while processing the order for shipment.

What if there is a problem with my order?
    We guarantee our pecans.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily replace the product or refund your purchase price, whichever you prefer.  Just contact us at 1-800-252-6887 for any problems related to your order.
